U2’s Bono stops by Swans Oyster Depot on Polk.

As we tweeted early today, Bono was sighted in line at Swans Oyster Depot hanging out with the rest of us Normal folk. Swans was recently added to the number 20 spot of Bon Appetit’s 20 Most Important Restaurants in America which is a great honor.
