Not only for pedestrians who J-walk but also for motorist who brake the rules. The SFPD will be out in force (no pun intended) to make sure both walkers &amp; drivers are taking greater care while on their morning &amp; evening commutes. Four people lost their lives this year on Van Ness out of seven total in San Francisco.<\/p>\n<p>The police operation will be targeting the city&#8217;s biggest hotspot for pedestrian accidents and fatalities, so its not just Van Ness Avenue.
