An employee at\u00a0San Francisco controller\u2019s office was fatally run over by a tourist bus in a crosswalk in front of City Hall on Thursday morning.<\/p>\n
The woman, \u00a0in her 60s but was not immediately identified, was returning to City Hall with a group of people when she was hit by the bus about\u00a011 a.m said city Fire Department spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge.<\/p>\n
The woman was rushed to San Francisco General Hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.<\/p>\n
Witnesses\u00a0said the ladie was in the crosswalk when she was hit by the tour bus, which is one of those that look like cable cars.<\/p>\n
The driver was over heard saying he did not see the pedesrian and passengers on the bus said the driver was a very cautious driver and was doing about 5 mph when the accident happened.\u00a0<\/p>\n
